Exchanges are easy. We have a few ways you can exchange by Mail or online. You do not need to alert us to your exchange by calling or emailing us. Just simply follow these directions below. If you need color help you can read the color descriptions and get next close color information by pressing" color match help" or you may email or even call for help. Remember: State and Federal requirements regarding the sale of hairpieces are very strict and we cannot give refunds.  All exchanges must be done within 30 days of the original order. HOW TO EXCHANGE ONLINE: Original credit card purchaser must do exchanges. This means the same person must place the exchange order online. Your credit card will be charged but then credited back to you within 30 business days from the time the original order is received by us. We always try to credit you for any exchange sooner than the 30 business days if possible. What you need to do is go back online to our web site and reorder the new color or size that you need. Then after you place your order a receipt with a new order number will pop up. Please make 2 copies of it: one to keep and the other to send back with your original orders invoice and the hairpiece you originally ordered. Your new order will ship within 2 business days.     If you originally received a squad discount this will reflect on your credit during our credit process. Exchanges by mail: When original order was Placed by mail with a money order or League check. You may still reorder online by credit card as stated above if you choose. Mail in exchange orders can take up to 30 business days at busy times. If you do not want to reorder the exchange pieces with a credit card online. Simply return the Pieces with a copy of the invoice we sent you, and the new style and color you need along with the shipping charges for us to ship the exchange items back to you. If the original order was paid any other way than by credit card, you will need to send us a money order or school, league check as we do not accept personal checks.  Please note how you wish the exchange merchandise to ship to you, if you do not we will ship the exchange as cost effective as possible.   Please send all exchange items to: Cheerleaderhairpieces.com Attn: Exchange Dept. 1812 Keystone ct Redding, Ca 96003                                                                                            We exchange for style and/or color as long as you did not order a final sale item this would be stated on your receipt and or on the order page.   When you send an order back to us, always get a confirmation tracking number so you can track that we received the item back.) We cannot accept signature required packages as we have a delivery box. Original credit card purchaser must do exchanges only. Please try and use your same name.   Items must be in unused "same as new" condition not tried on and have the original hair net, tag, plastic zip lock bag and cardboard wrap if applicable. The drawstrings should not be pulled. Writing on bags of girl's names is not acceptable return condition. If we feel that we can replace a bag or tag, netting a charge may apply. We reserve the right to refuse your exchange if we feel the product has been compromised, meaning tried on, worn, combed, brushed, contain hair spray, gel, glitter, have external odors or other damages. It will be returned to you at your shipping expense. Piggies and Barrel curls must be exchanged with the free hair spray that is included with that styles order. If it is not returned we charge 4.95 per hair spray.    SQUAD EXCHANGES: You can do 1 exchange order on any squad order. This means that if you need to exchange 4 items off an order they are all to be done together. Any other order past the 1 exchange order will be considered a new order. This is because of squad discounts applied. We cannot exchange off a squad order for an individual on the squad. Original purchaser must do the exchange. NON SQUAD: INDIVIDUALS  - We can exchange 2 times on 1 order within a 30 day period.
