We do not accept merchandise in exchange if the product has been compromised.
Final sale items cannot be returned for exchange. If returned to us we will charge your card to return it to you.
You have 30 business days to exchange from the original order date.
Exchanges postmarked after that date will be returned to you.
We suggest you act immediately if the color is wrong.
The color match help section is a tool for you to use in the menu.
Original credit card holder must place the exchange order.
Exchange directions:
Please place your new order online. We do not accept mail exchanges.
Return the unopened merchandise with its invoice and the replacement orders invoice which you recieve immediatly once a new order is placed. Please include this form signed in the returning package. Your credit card will be refunded in the order received within 30 business days. We always credit your card as soon as possable.
MAIL OPTION is for squads only who paid by check: Please call for directions.
Items must be in original condition not tried on or worn. All exchanges must be done within 30 days of original purchase. Items are not to be removed from original ziplock bags . If you received a discount for a squad it will be applied on exchange. Ship charges are not refundable. If the item(s) are deemed tried on or worn they will be returned to you at your expense.
If this page and below form ALONG WITH ALL INVOICES are not filled out and enclosed we will charge you 6.00 to find the needed information to exchange your item or return the item to you at your expense at our discretion.
We do not accept returns state law and store policy. You must exchange same quantity or a larger quantity. WE SUGGEST YOU RETURN THE ITEMS WITH a Confirmation or tracking NUMBER FROM USPS this way you can see when the item reached us. Hairforcheer will not be responsible for lost or non traceable returning items that do not reach us.

I Agree and understand all the above terms of this exchange form. I am the card holder. We do not charge service or restock fees for an exchange if it is done correctly. The information listed above is necessary in order for us to exchange swiftly. If you do not enclose this simple information we will apply a 6.00 fee for a representative to find this information. Unfortunately we may not be able to find it if the card holders name is different than stated on billing info or for other related or non related circumstances. In this case the item will be returned to you at your expense or set aside if we have no form of payment information. Items not claimed within 60 days after we have attempted contant you several times will be discarded as abandoned. Shipping charges will apply by the quantity as stated under our ship section to return any items to you.
I understand hairforcheer may need to credit my credit card account 1 time or more times depending on the exchanging items and shipping charges. I further understand hairforcheer may have to charge my card for shipping. Hairforcheer.com reserves the right to collect and credit and or debit your account appropriately for customer record clarity and price error corrections.
I by signing below understand that if my exchange is not correctly done or merchandise is not in original condition, The merchandise will be returned to me regardless of this form and my statement. Ship charges will be applied to my credit card at my expense. Photogragh records of the condition of the items returned to us are taken and stored. Fraudulant chargebacks will be prosicuted to the full extent of the law.
