We do not accept final sales for exchange this includes any special cut pieces. If returned to us they will be shipped back to you at your expense. The original card holder must be the exchange cardholder.
How to exchange: We have two options.
ONLINE OPTION: Please place your new order online. The new online order will ship as you choose within 2 business days.
Return the unopened merchandise with the original invoice the new orders invoice and a copy of this page signed by the credit card holder.
or
MAIL OPTION: Mail the item(s) back to us with a note requesting the new merchandise be sent to you with a copy of this page signed.
Ship charges will apply. Stock is not guaranteed on a mail exchange. Because we are an online business and invoices and charges are done through the website ,exchanges by Mail can take up to 30 business days to hand invoice and reship the new item(S) to you at high season.
Please enclose a check or credit card information and 10 digit phone number for ship charges or state to charge original credit card used.
All exchanges must be done within 30 days of original purchase. If you received a discount for a squad it will be applied on exchange. Ship charges are not refundable. If the item(s) are deemed tried on or worn they will be returned to you at your expense. Missing packaging, tags, netting, cardboard, writing on tags or bags will be a 2.00 fee per missing piece to package or the item may be returned to you at your expense. If this page and below form are not filled out and enclosed we will charge you 4.00 to find the needed information to exchange your item or return the item to you at your expense at our discretion.
We do not accept returns state law and store policy. You must exchange same quantity originally purchased or more.

I Agree and understand all the above terms of this exchange form. I am the card holder. We do not charge service or restock fees for an exchange if it is done correctly. The information listed above is necessary in order for us to exchange swiftly. If you do not enclose this simple information we will apply a 4.00 fee for a representative to find this information.
