Exchanges are easy we just need proper information from you. Listed below we have two ways for you to exchange your item.
This 2 to 3 page exchange exchange form ( depending on your printer) must be with the exchange item(s) signed by purchaser. If we recieve only part of the form the the exchange will be refused. All exchanges must be done within 30 days of 1st original order.
Above you will see the link to print the exchange form. If you cannot for any reason print that form simply print off the below pages and send with your exchange. If the color you need is out of stock please email us for exchange extension. Thank you

EXCHANGE TERMS, CONDITIONS AND INSTRUCTIONS.
Exchanges done incorrectly will be refused and your credit card or check will be processed to return the items back to you.
We do not accept returns.
Special cut pieces 6 in 8 in 10 in Roller Wave and Flip or Hottie styles are final sale.
Items marked final sale item on orders page are not exchangeable.
All exchanges must be postmarked within 30 days of original order.
We exchange for style and or color.
Shipping charges will apply.
Credits will be done on merchandise only, not ship charges.
NON SQUAD: INDIVIDUALS - We can exchange 2 times on 1 order within a 30 day period. If you still have color issues please ask for us for help Via Live Chat, email, phone or see color match help section.
SQUAD EXCHANGES: You can do 1 exchange order on any squad order. This means that if you need to exchange 4 items off an order they are all to be done together. Any other order past the 1 exchange order will be considered a new order. This is because of squad discounts applied. We cannot exchange off a squad order for an individual on the squad. Original purchaser must do the exchange within 30 days.
Items must be in unused "same as new" condition not tried on, worn, brushed, contain external odors or gel, hairspray, glitter or cut. It should have the original hair net, tag, plastic zip lock bag and cardboard wrap as sent to you, if applicable. The drawstrings should not be pulled. Writing on bags or tags of girls names is not acceptable return condition. A picture of damaged items will be put on file.
We have 30 BUSINESS DAYS from are receipt of the exchange item(s) to credit your account. You will not be notified that we have received your exchange. When returning item(s) to us request a delivery conformation from the post office this will allow you to track your returning exchange.
If you paid by personal check for your original order you can follow the mail exchange instructions below or replace your order online with a credit card for the new order. You will be refunded by check.
If you originally received a squad discount this will reflect on your credit during our credit process.
No prepaid envelopes are accepted in the exchange process.
If we cannot charge your card to return the item or process a mail exchange we will try to email you then set aside the item until you contact us up to 60 business days, then we will deem it abandoned.

COLOR RING RETURNS: Please remember color rings are to be ordered to purchase 6 or more pieces only. Return color rings to address below within 60 days of purchase for a full refund or keep the ring and do not receive a refund. Colors do not change so they can be used year after year. Please enclose the color rings invoice and the order you placed using the color ring invoice. Color rings should be returned undamaged with the invoice that came with it. Credits apply within 30 business days.

ONLINE EXCHANGE: Ships within 2 days when credit card is used.
1) Original credit card purchaser must do the exchange.
2) Go to are website and order the new items.
3) Print your invoice after you process this order.
4) Your credit card will be charged .
5) Return original invoice with new orders invoice and merchandise
to be exchanged. See are address information below.
6) This 2 page term agreement must be sent with the returning merchandise.
7) Credit will be applied within 30 business days of receipt of the returning order.
MAIL EXCHANGE
1) By placing a mail exchange order you are agreeing that you understand that it may take up to 30 business days for the exchange to process and reship.
2) Original payer must place exchange order.
You may still reorder online by credit card as stated above if you choose. You may also exchange by mail if you used a credit card originally.

3) The original invoice.
4) A note stating what you now want items to send you and what ship method.
( See ship section) for ship fee.
4) The item(s) for exchange.
5) Appropriate ship fee ( see shipping section) left tool bar on website.
Checks may be held for funding before order ships. You can sign below and the credit card on file will be charged for the new order to ship.
6) Credits will be done within 30 business days from time of are receipt.
7) This 2 page term agreement.
