We require a 20.00 deposit on color rings. You have 60 days to return the ring for a refund to the address on your invoice or you can keep it for future ordering as are colors do not change and not be refunded.
Most styles come in all 29 colors on the ring, however several styles comes in 20 to 24 of are most popular matchable colors. You will be asked to tell us which styles you are ordering. We will send you the matching instructions per style along with the colors available in that style.
2 styles should be ordered by are online color chart the styles are Daisy and Sassy both scrunchies. If you choose to order the ring to match for these 2 styles a transpose list is available under color match help, however these are close colors only.
Other ways to match to your hair are to email us a picture of the child or send in a swatch of the childs hair for us to match (Please see color match help) to email us a photo or (printable forms) to mail us a swatch of hair. Online 99.9 % of the time the online color chart is used to match for small orders and the colors are correct.
