We understand that many schools are use to receiving merchandise by PO then paying the invoice. Here at cheerleaderhairpieces expect payment before our goods are shipped. We find that the schools do not have a issue cutting a check as long as they have a invoice. 

If you are paying by Money order, cashiers check, school or league check ( NO PERSONAL CHECKS). You can place your order online at http://www.cheerleaderhairpieces.biz/ and choose the appropriate option for payment (money order - school check- located  below where you choose what ship method you desire. We will receive your order as soon as you push process. Then Print 2 copies of your receipt, send 1 copy in to us with payment. We will hold your order for 10 days to receive payment. After 10 days if payment is not received the order will be cancelled unless you call or email us.  Our mailing address will be on your receipt. Make mail label attention to (orders department). If you are ordering over 21 of any spiral style that is discounted for quantity. We will e mail you your discounted invoice and new total within 2 business days.

Please note that mail in order items are not guaranteed in stock if you do not order online and pay with a credit card we hardly ever run out of stock on non sale items, however once in a while this can happen. If you choose to mail in a order and a color becomes out of stock we will replace it with the next close color and ship the order. If we do not have a extremely close color we will contact you.
