Matching colors: 99% of the time using our color charts online match perfect but we have some other options for you to keep in mind. We suggest for Squads of 6 or more to order a color ring to match the hair "see color rings" in the menu. We also accept hair swatches from you. See mail in orders in the menu and press color match swatch form.We also have a color match help section in the menu.

Our web site is a secured shopping web site SSL , you will see the prompt to enter the secure check out area. As on all web sites, it may state "do you wish to see secure and unsecured items on this page." The unsecured items would just be what you have ordered, no personal information will br shown to anyone. We have never had a fraud or identity issue. Our Staff does not have access to your online personal information.
Even though we ship immediately we suggest you order at least 1 month ahead of your event, this ensures that if you need to exchange for color or style it can easily be exchanged in your events time frame with out a costly ship charge. Fedex and USPS and our company can make errors this allows time for correction. If the error is our mistake we will correct it under our policy guidelines at our expense as soon as it is brought to our attention.
Information on payment by money order , School - League Checks- Personal checks. Simply place your order online at http://www.cheerleaderhairpieces.biz/ after you choose your shipping method you will scroll down and choose to pay by check or money order. Continue to process your order. After your order is processed you will receive a receipt with a order number and a email. You have 10 business days for us to receive payment with a copy of your invoice. After 10 days we will cancel the order that you placed on our web site. If we deposit a check the order is considered processed and can not be canceled without the restock fee.
Phone orders:We are an online business and try to receive orders online. (online orders ship faster than phone orders) We understand that not everyone has a computer and may call to place an order. While our staff is reputable you are giving personal information by phone, ordering online is always safer on any web site. We are available Mon- Friday for phone calls. Our emails are answered several times daily. To email us, simply go to our contact section listed on the menu to your left. Please note: phone orders' billing is processed on our secure online terminal, all orders are processed online. Please understand that by placing an order over the phone you are agreeing to all policies and shipping terms that are stated Online. it is your responsibility to read them. We are not responsible for any phone order errors as we are an online business. Phone orders are subject to a delay in shipping. See contact section for our phone number.
Coupon codes: Coupons can not be applied after a order is placed or by a phone order. Coupons can not be used on sale items or with squad discount. A sale item is any item available to view once you press sale section and also the style bliss. Most items are not sale items. If you will be paying by check or money order you must place the order online then have the funds to us by the coupons expiration date.
Shipping: We ship your order as you ask us to ship it. However, we do reserve the right to change the shipping method if needed at our extra expense in order to get it to you in the time frame you have set by choosing your shipping method. We do not take responsibility for late shipments that are in error by these shippers- U.S.P.S. & FedEx . If you are left a notice by a shipper and do not pick up the order and it returns to us, you will need to pay the ship charge again for us to reship the order,if you do not pay the ship charges we will consider the order refused if the order was shipped by FedEx to you the return charge will be applied to your card. We do not give credits for FedEx-U.P.S. or U.S.P.S. delays. We will take responsibility if it is our error. Always expect FedEx to deliver by the end of the day,we do not guarantee any specific time. We are not responsible for FedEx, or USPS maintenance issues or weather delays. We will not issue credits due to their delivery errors. If we find the FedEx delivery is late due to our error, we will of course credit you accordingly. See our terms under our shipping section.
Cheerleaderhairpieces will charge you a 50% restock fee if your order is refused, returned due to a wrong address and not resolved, or not claimed. Your original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If you give us the wrong ship to address and we are charged for corrections, we will have to charge you for that cost.
Signature: We reserve the right to ask for a signature upon delivery of any order. However we usually only require signature on orders over 300.00. Not signing is considered a refusal: if you do not sign and it is returned to us we will consider it refused by you and the above charges will apply unless the matter is resolved . If we can track a package to the address you asked us to ship it to any loss is not are responsibility.
Defective hairpiece: As stated on the receipt that comes with your order all hairpieces are to be inspected immediately upon receipt. We will need to know about any item you feel is defective within 3 days of your receipt of the order. If the color is correct, try the hairpiece on shape it, test it out. Defects are rare if you feel a item is defective please email us by the 3rd day clhp@att.net then, print and fill out this form Defect form .We always reply to emails within 1 business day. If you do not hear from us after 1 day call 530 221 0857.
Order errors: If you received a wrong color-style. You have 3 days from time of your receipt to report incorrect orders. The invoice will state what you ordered VS what the items tag reads. Do not remove item from package netting . The item must be returned to us in its original condition. Please immediately email us of this issue. Clhp@att.net include the order ID # in your email. The fastest way to remedy the issue is to simply go online and reorder, this way the new merchandise will be shipping out and now you need to simply follow the exchange instructions (see exchange section), dropping a note in the returning package that you received the wrong order. Yes your credit card will be charged for the new order,however you are going to return the incorrect order 1st class mail and we will credit your card once returned. We will also credit your card for the new orders shipping 1st class or priority mail. If you originally paid by check or money order you can mail the incorrect item back to us and we will exchange it for the correct item once received ( If you choose to do a mail exchange) Always mark the outside of the package incorrect order when mailing it back to us so we can attend to it immediately.
Duplicate orders: Our web sites cart only receives orders by you placing the order yourself. We do not have any new space age technology that reaches into your computer and finds your credit card information to process a order you did not your self place. If you find you placed 2 orders by mistake for any reason immediately go to our contact section online and cancel the order you do not want. Any order can be cancelled before 7.00 am PST other wise it will ship. You cannot cancel your order by phone.
SALE ITEMS: Some sale items are final sale as they are being discontinued. This will be noted above that product or products page. Please note all sale items in the sale section or marked final sale. No exchanges. Sale prices are subject to change. If you do not order a sale item online right away we cannot guarantee the price or stock availability. We cannot guarantee stock on mail orders or phone orders of these items. If you choose to order by mail or phone and we run out of stock on a item it will be replaced with the next close color and shipped.
Out of Country orders: Please see out of country section in the menu. We try to keep your ship costs down for you, however the ship companies are constantly changing prices. We are no longer use FedEx. as a ship choice for you to choose .However we reserve the right to use the appropriate carrier at our additional expense and require a signature on delivery. Please do not choose FedEx in our ship check out area as we will send your order Priority mail USPS and shipping charges will not be refunded. Choose the (appropriate international ship choice) in the ship section. We reserve the right to hold and not process any order to request funds be wired from you account or a terms of shipment and credit card charges form will be requested on high ticket orders. Please check your email after placing an order to receive and return this form. If we do not receive this form within 3 business days of placing a order your order will be canceled and refunded. High ticket orders will ship by FedEx at no extra ship charge to the customer, a signature will be required on delivery. We may request that the order be shipped to the billing address. If you do not reply to agreement your order will be canceled and a 20% restock fee will be imposed.
All out of Country orders ship on Mon,Weds and Friday only due to the fact that the postal service now wants us to walk these orders into the post office to be stamped by a postal administrator.
