Express mail USPS : Signiture Required- We remove and ship Express immediatly but allow up to 4 business days for delivery due to weekends and holidays.We are not responsable for the USPS postal delays. Special cut orders of Flip or Wave style will be delayed up to 4 days before shipping. This is a inside USA only method of service. As stated above orders placed on the weekends are concidered Mondays orders. A sigature is required on delivery of Express service, refusal of delivery or non signature is concidered a breach of are terms of service in any regards. A 25% restock fee will be charged for returned undelivered merchandise. Shipping and handeling fees are non refundable. You are agreeing to all terms and policies when placing an order.

Above time frames do not include any delay when ordering special cut pieces. You can identify a special cut because it will say final sale and it will state its a special cut on that styles page.
Shipping: We ship your order as you ask us to ship it. However, we do reserve the right to change the shipping method if needed at our expense in order to get it to you in the time frame you have chosen. We do not take responsibility for late shipments that are in error by these shippers- U.S.P.S. . If you are left a notice by a shipper and do not pick up the order and it returns to us, you will need to pay the ship charge again for us to reship the order. If no payment for the ship charges is received we will consider the order refused. We do not give refunds on shipping for U.S.P.S. delays in delivery. We will take responsibility if it is our error.
Cheerleaderhairpieces will charge you a 50% restock fee if your order is refused, returned due to a wrong address and not resolved, or not claimed. Your original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Delivery signature: We reserve the right to ask for a signature upon delivery of any order. However we usually only require signature on orders over $300.00. An email notification will be sent to you. If no signature is obtained, and it is returned to us we will consider it refused by you. Above charges will then apply.
We cannot change any ship method once a order is placed, your option is to cancel the order and start over. You may see our contact section for more information. Once your order is placed if you find you chose the wrong ship method, You can immediately cancel your order by going to our contact section (see cancel order) We must receive a email to cancel a order you cannot cancel by phone. You cannot cancel a order once its been shipped. We reserve the right to add ship charges if your ship choice is wrong.
